Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

Instructions

  2. Mix fish sauce, lime juice, 2 tbsp water, and a pinch of sugar for the dipping sauce.
  3. Dip one rice paper wrapper in warm water for 3 seconds until pliable.

  5. Arrange shrimp halves in a row, then fold the sides in and roll tightly.
  6. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
