Combines your morning coffee and protein shake into one delicious drink. Perfect before or after a workout — the caffeine boosts performance while protein supports muscle recovery.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla protein powder (~120 cal, 20g protein)
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew espresso or coffee and let it cool (or use leftover morning coffee).

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender: coffee, protein powder, frozen banana, almond milk, honey, and ice.
