Ingredients
- 5 oz (140g) lean ground turkey (93% or 99% lean)
- 1/4 cup finely diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large lettuce leaves (romaine or butter lettuce)
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Optional: pickle slices, onion rings
Instructions
