Beef and Broccoli Stir-Fry
A healthier version of the takeout classic. Using lean beef and loading up on broccoli means you get all the flavor with a fraction of the calories. Ready in 20 minutes!
Ingredients
- 120g lean beef, sliced thin
- 1½ cups broccoli florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Marinate beef in 1 tbsp soy sauce for 10 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add beef and stir-fry 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove.

Add garlic and ginger to the wok, stir 30 seconds.

Add broccoli and stir-fry 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Return beef to wok, add remaining soy sauce, toss 1 minute.
