Berry Blast Smoothie

Three types of berries blended with banana and flax seeds for an antioxidant explosion. The deep purple color comes from anthocyanins, which support heart and brain health.

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • ½ banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend on high until completely smooth, 45-60 seconds.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness — add a date or tsp of maple syrup if needed.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
