Low Calorie Greek Yogurt Ranch Dressing

All the creamy, herby flavor of ranch dressing with a fraction of the calories. By swapping mayo for Greek yogurt, you cut calories by 75% while adding 4g of protein per serving.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (0% fat)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried dill (or 1 tbsp fresh)
  • 1 tsp dried parsley (or 1 tbsp fresh)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp almond milk (to thin)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

  2. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning — add more lemon for tanginess or herbs for flavor.

  4. Thin with additional almond milk if a thinner consistency is desired.

  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes to let flavors meld.
